Design based on the old Pittsburgh Pirates Pillbox Baseball Cap, updated for being on the bike with the shorter umpire bill. We used a hard bill for this one, so it can not be folded.

We wanted a vintage feel, so we used a Velcro Strap and D-Ring for the adjustable back.
